Charles Halberg, Founder
Chuck is a 45 year construction executive licensed in Florida since 1986. He is Founder & President of Stuart & Shelby Development, an award winning Delray Beach Developer. Chuck has received many awards including the Delray Beach Business Person of the year, Delray Beach Business of the Year, the Ken Ellingsworth Community Service Award, a Community Service Commendation from the Delray Beach Police and a Delray Beach Chiefs Commendation. He is Founder and current member of the Delray Beach Initiative & is Chairman of the Board of The Arts Garage. He has also served on numerous City of Delray Beach Boards and been involved in numerous not for profits including: Delray Beach Planning & Zoning Board, Delray Beach Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, Delray Beach Education Foundation, Executive Board Member Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, The Achievement Centers for Children & Families, Family Promise, Delray Citizens for Delray Police.

Ted Hoskinson, Founder
After graduating from Tulane University, Ted began his 23 year career as an elementary school teacher and administrator at private schools in New Orleans and Washington, DC. When Anne, his wife of 34 years died unexpectedly in 2016, he founded Roots and Wings in her honor. It was the name she had chosen as their joint legacy to help children and families in need. The non-profit honors dedicated teachers and staff with its Above and Beyond Recognition Awards, and helps struggling elementary school students learn to read with its free, small-group, after school tutorial program named Project UpLift. Ted hopes to expand Project UpLift, now tutoring over 1,000 students in 13 Title 1 public schools, to all Title One schools in Palm Beach County to ensure that all students become proficient in reading by the end of 3rd grade. Ted also supports many other local charities. In his spare time he loves playing tennis and continues when possible traveling the world, something his wife Anne also cherished.

Stephen Greene, Founder & Board Member
After 15 years in the Military Equipment business and the Financial Industry as a CLU and a retirement planning specialist with John Hancock, Stephen decided to change careers and move to Delray Beach with his wife and two children to work with his family in the Industrial Real Estate field.
Having been brought up with a charitable family background, he started his own family charitable foundation and has become involved in many charities giving much of his time and resources in anyway that is helpful. He is a member of the Delray Beach Initiative and the Delray Elks Club and spends many weekends taking pictures for The Miracle League. His hobbies include golf, tennis, photography and painting.

Richard Schaffer, President
A Midwesterner at heart, Richard was born and raised in Michigan where he also went to School for Business & Finance. He is a 30yr veteran in the Financial Services Industry, having owned and operated several companies in that field over his career. Most recently, he was a Partner and Chief Marketing Officer with a financial software company that specialized in debt management & equity acceleration.
Richard has always been a travel enthusiast who's been to over 30 Countries. He's also an avid runner, having ran 6 full marathons. But his current goal is to finally complete his lifelong dream to climb Mt Everest in 2024!
Most of all, he's the proud Father to his beautiful 14yr old Daughter Elise, who is the light of his life and has helped to inspire his genuine passion to contribute and give back in the form of many worthwhile causes and charities. Including Organizations such Covenant House, All Pro Dad and most recently, as a Board Member and Membership Director for Impact 100 Men of Palm Beach - that he believes can truly make a difference for so many underprivileged children and young people in our community!

Jerron Kelley, Vice President
Mr. Kelley is a Partner in Kelley Grant & Tanis, P.A., a Boca Raton based real estate law firm. Derek Gatta, Treasurer
I grew up in Newport, RI and attended Vanderbilt University for undergrad. Afterwards, I kept moving south and heading to Dental School at Nova Southeastern University.
I was awarded a commission in the US Navy and served eight as a Navy Dentist. I completed tours in Camp Pendleton, Bahrain, Walter Reed and the Naval War College in Newport, RI. I then decided to re-enter civilian life and joined Innovative Dental Aesthetics in Boca Raton.
When I am not practicing, I enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, skiing and I work with my sister and brother in law in growing our premium oral care company called "Risewell".
Ken Feliciano, Secretary
Ken Feliciano has been in the financial services industry for over 29 years. He lives in Boca Raton with his wife Gwenn. In his spare time he enjoys boating, fishing and cheering for the Miami Dolphins!
Scott Sonnier, Board Member
Scott Sonnier is the owner of FMSA an investment advisory firm which focuses on helping businesses and successful people become more tax efficient in growing their wealth. Scott is married to an amazing wife Tallie and they have 2 boys Jacques and Tyler. When Scott is not working he enjoys exercising and being outdoors.
Zack Lansat, Board Member
Zack is a Florida native and grew up in Palm Beach Gardens. He is a proud Florida State Seminole! He’s worked in the insurance industry since 2005 and owns an P&C agency in Lake Worth. He enjoys spending time with his family and his mini golden doodle Alfie.
Geoff Braboy, Board Member
A Michigan native, Geoff has Midwestern roots and values. He has enjoyed well over a decade as a full time real estate agent in the coastal Delray Beach market, which includes previously opening and running his own real estate brokerage. His life before real estate included four years enlisted in the US Marine Corps with two tours of combat duty. In the presence of clients is where Geoff enjoys spending his time. Geoff brings a unique blend of discipline, dedication, and passion to his real estate career. Beyond his professional endeavors, Geoff enjoys spending time locally and traveling with his family, including his wife Melissa, a former Premier League Soccer Player, and their two young boys, Hendrix and Pierce. When not with family or immersed in the world of real estate, Geoff enjoys staying active any way he can, whether at the beach, running, on the golf course or practicing yoga.
