Our Mission
Transforming Our Community Through Giving and Brotherhood
Impact 100 Men’s goal is to fund new, innovative charitable groups that transform the community. We facilitate this by awarding up to$100,000 in high impact grants to local nonprofit organizations providing innovative programs addressing the needs of the most vulnerable children in our community in South Palm Beach County. And we make sure we have fun while doing so. We welcome new members who share these goals of community outreach and camaraderie.
Meet Our Board of Directors
Founder
Charles is Founder & President of Stuart & Shelby Development, an award winning Delray Beach Developer.
Founder
After graduating from Tulane University, Ted began his 23 year career as an elementary school teacher and administrator at private schools in New Orleans and Washington, DC.
Founder & Board Member
Having been brought up with a charitable family background, he started his own family charitable foundation and has become involved in many charities giving much of his time and resources in anyway that is helpful.
President
A Midwesterner at heart, Richard was born and raised in Michigan where he also went to School for Business & Finance. He is a 30yr veteran in the Financial Services Industry, having owned and operated several companies in that field over his career.
Vice President
Mr. Kelley is a Partner in Kelley Grant & Tanis, P.A., a Boca Raton based real estate law firm. Mr. Kelley focuses his practice on landlord/tenant, title insurance/closing, and general real estate representation.
Treasurer
Derek grew up in Newport, RI and attended Vanderbilt University for undergrad. Afterwards, he kept moving south and heading to Dental School at Nova Southeastern University.
Secretary
Ken Feliciano has been in the financial services industry for over 29 years. He lives in Boca Raton with his wife Gwenn. In his spare time he enjoys boating, fishing and cheering for the Miami Dolphins!

Scott Sonnier is the owner of FMSA an investment advisory firm which focuses on helping businesses and successful people become more tax efficient in growing their wealth.

Zack is a Florida native and grew up in Palm Beach Gardens. He is a proud Florida State Seminole!

A Michigan native, Geoff has Midwestern roots and values. He has enjoyed well over a decade as a full time real estate agent in the coastal Delray Beach market, which includes previously opening and running his own real estate brokerage.

How often do you have events?
We have events once per month with a short break in the summer months. Events usually take place on a Thursday evening.
What are my responsibilites as a member?
Members are expected to make their annual contribution, participate in the grant selection and voting process, and support the mission of Impact 100 Men. While involvement is flexible, members are encouraged to attend social events, learn about local nonprofit organizations, and help strengthen our collective impact throughout South Palm Beach County. Every member plays an important role by contributing, participating, and sharing a commitment to meaningful change in our community.
