Derek Gatta

I grew up in Newport, RI and attended Vanderbilt University for undergrad. Afterwards, I kept moving south and heading to Dental School at Nova Southeastern University. I was awarded a commission in the US Navy and served eight as a Navy Dentist. I completed tours in Camp Pendleton, Bahrain, Walter Reed and the Naval War College in Newport, RI. I then decided to re-enter civilian life and joined Innovative Dental Aesthetics in Boca Raton. When I am not practicing, I enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, skiing and I work with my sister and brother in law in growing our premium oral care company called "Risewell".
